SUSTAINABILITY
We produce 135,000 kWh of electricity every year with our solar system. This covers over 83% of our electricity needs.
Aluminium and steel shavings are recycled. Almost 70,000 kg of shavings per year.
To filter our air, we use special oil mist separators on all machines that have won an innovation award. These protect both our employees and the environment.
Our employees can use a “job bike” to get to work. Almost 1/3 of our employees therefore cycle or walk to work or use public transport.
INNOVATION AND PRECISION
Innovation is also important to us as a contract manufacturer – because only with the latest manufacturing processes can we offer our customers the best quality at a fair price. That is why we regularly invest in our company’s equipment.
The machinery is constantly being expanded and modernised so that all customer requirements can be met quickly, precisely and to a high standard.
In the CNC area, we work almost exclusively with Mazak machines, which are known for their dimensional accuracy and precision. We also regularly invest outside the machine park. Our Hänel high-bay warehouse, for example, has been simplifying shipping processes since May 2023, and another is in the planning stage.
QUALITY
In addition to the well-trained specialists at our modern CNC machines, high-quality measuring equipment, in conjunction with our quality management, guarantee the highest quality for the different batch sizes.
Our ERP system BIOS is used to plan and monitor production processes to ensure on-time delivery.
