Our extensive production program allows us to execute all works on machineable materials. As well as all conventional profiles and dimensions, we produce individually according to your drawings and thus guarantee a production precisely according to your requirements.

MATERIAL & SAWS
The target of the cost efficient utilisation of raw material in an environmentally responsible manner is optimally realised through minimal processing allowance and the utilisation of remnants.
TURNING
Base bodies for synchronising disks are produced on state of the art lathes according to your requirements. Our qualified personnel optimise the pending production processes at all times and thus ensure cost-effective and on-time production.
GEARING
Due to the deliberately selected machinery, we are able to produce almost all timing belt profiles as well as various special profiles in individual quantities.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING
Due to flexible machines and tools, we are able to realise a multitude of client requests in the mechanical processing sector.
MOUNTING
During mounting, the hubs and flanged wheels get securely connected with each other. On request, we assemble alignment screws and bearings according to your liking.
QUALITY CONTROL
With the assistance of up to date testing devices, the entire production is monitored according the DIN EN ISO 9002 in order to ensure the best quality of our products.
DISPATCH
The products manufactured in proven ATEF quality are dispatched on time by our fully trained personnel following completion and final check. Special packaging, labelling according to your specifications and direct mail to any address are possible for us at all times.
